What it needs, and what it does not do.
Pregnancy & Newborn Tracker is an offline app from ColadoSystems that runs in your web browser from a folder on your own device. It costs $24.99 once, with no subscription and no account, and includes 12 tools, sample data to explore and a PDF guide. Your records stay on your device and are never uploaded.

No. It is not a medical record system, and it is not a diagnosis or monitoring device. It gives no medical advice. It does not know what is normal for a pregnancy or a baby, and it never tells you: there are no normal ranges, no percentiles and no reference curves anywhere in it, and growth is plotted exactly as you entered it. Every date, dose, weight and temperature is simply what somebody typed, so it can be wrong, late or missing.
No. They only record the moments you tap. They cannot feel anything and they cannot tell you whether something is wrong or when to go in. If anything worries you, about yourself or the baby, call your midwife, your doctor or the emergency services straight away. Do not wait for the app, and do not use its numbers to decide whether to call.
In this browser, on this device only. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is sold: there is no account, no advertising and no company holding a copy. The records are not encrypted, so anyone who can use this device and browser profile can read them. Keep the device locked with a password or screen lock, and treat backup files and printed sheets with the same care.
Yes, on the same device, with no login to share: pick your name under “Logging as” and each entry records who made it. Each device keeps its own records, so a backup restored on a second device is a copy taken at that moment, not a live link between the two.
Yes. Open index.html and it runs fully offline. It never needs a signal, an account or a subscription.
No. It knows no schedule of its own. Every vaccination name and due date is one you copied in from the record book, a letter or the clinic, and the dashboard only reminds you of the dates you typed.
Your choice, under Settings → Units and words: nappy or diaper, ml or oz, kg or lb, cm or inches, °C or °F. Each entry keeps the unit it was typed in, so changing the setting converts the display without changing your records.
Settings → Data & backup → Erase records. The sample family’s names and dates go with it; your own settings are kept. Then put in your due date, or the date of birth if the baby is already here.
No. Family Medical Records keeps a whole household’s medical paperwork for years. This app is for one pregnancy and one baby, and ends at the first birthday: its value is the week-by-week timeline, the timers and fast logging at 3 a.m.
No. It is made for one person on one device, and records do not sync between devices. To move to another device, save a backup and restore it there.
