A lot of small businesses still run on paper, a spreadsheet that one person understands, or an app that charges every month for features they never use. We build the other option: a focused system for one kind of work, which you buy once and run from a file on your own computer.

There are 63 of them today, from repair shops, salons and warehouses to wedding budgets, meal plans and family medical records. Each one comes with its own tools, sample data to try first, and a step-by-step PDF guide.

Who we are

ColadoSystems is a small independent business. We design each system ourselves, write its PDF guide, answer the support email and write the guides on our blog, so the people who reply to you know how the system works.

How each system works

Each system is a single app that runs in your web browser from a folder you download. Nothing needs installing and there is no account. It does not connect to a server of ours, so it keeps working for as long as you keep the folder, whatever happens to this website.

• Where your records live. In the browser on your own device. They are never sent to us, and we cannot see or recover them.
• What it is not. It is made for one person on one device. It does not sync between devices, it is not a shared team system, and your records are not encrypted, so keep the device locked and save a backup now and then.
• What it runs on. A current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox, on a computer, tablet or phone.

What we believe

• Pay once. No subscriptions and no account that can be closed on you.
• Your records are yours. They stay on your device. We never see them.
• Plain words. We say what each system does and what it does not do, so you know before you buy.

How you pay

Checkout is run by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies and sends your receipt. Your download is ready as soon as you have paid. If a system does not work for you, therefund policy explains what we do.

How we write the guides

Our guides come from the same team that makes the systems. Each one teaches the method so it works on paper, in a spreadsheet or in any app, and says plainly when one of our systems does the job. Worked examples use made-up numbers, which we check before publishing. Guides that touch on health, money, tax or the law are general information about keeping records. They are not reviewed by a doctor, accountant or lawyer, and they are not professional advice.
