For makers selling on Etsy, at craft fairs and wholesale: the dashboard, pricing calculator and fee tracker a seller spreadsheet promises — without the formulas.

Seller spreadsheets break the day a formula is typed over, and seller apps want a monthly fee. This opens from a double-click, works offline and keeps your shop’s numbers on your own device.
What it needs, and what it does not do.
Handmade Seller Planner is an offline app from ColadoSystems that runs in your web browser from a folder on your own device. It costs $29.99 once, with no subscription and no account, and includes 12 tools, sample data to explore and a PDF guide. Your records stay on your device and are never uploaded.

Everything is saved inside your browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account and no marketplace login, so no company holds a copy of your shop records. Anyone who can use this device and browser can open them, so keep the device locked. Download a backup regularly (Settings → Data & backup → Back up now) and keep it somewhere safe.
Yes. Open index.html and it runs fully offline. You can also host the folder on any website and choose “Install app” in Chrome or Edge to get a desktop or phone icon that works offline.
Yes. The layout adapts to phones and tablets with a bottom navigation bar. Each device keeps its own data, so use Back up / Restore to move records between devices.
Go to Settings → Data & backup → Erase records. Your business profile and settings are kept; all sample records are removed.
They start as the US fees for selling on Etsy: $0.20 a listing and for each extra unit sold, 6.5% transaction fee, 3% + $0.25 payment processing, and 15% for offsite ads capped at $100 an order. Fees differ by country and change from time to time, so check them against your shop’s own fee page under Settings → Marketplace fees. Change any of them — there is also a field for one more percentage fee, such as a regulatory or currency fee — and every price, profit and total is worked out again.
No. It works offline and never signs in to a marketplace. You type each order in — the items, the shipping, the postage and the sales tax — which takes about a minute, and the fees are worked out from your settings.
So the profit is real. If a candle takes 14 minutes and your time is worth $20 an hour, $4.67 of every sale is your wage, and the profit is what the shop earns on top of it. Set your hourly rate under Settings → Pricing and your time; the year-end totals also show the profit with your time added back.
Profit as a share of what the buyer pays you: the item price plus the shipping you charge, before sales tax. The calculator solves the price so that, after every fee, postage and the cost to make, the profit is at least that share.
No. There is no invoicing and no customer records — an order just carries the buyer’s name. It is built for makers pricing and selling their own work; for invoicing clients, our small business system is built for that.
No. The year-end totals are arithmetic on your own orders and fee settings, kept for your records and for a conversation with whoever does your accounts. It does not work out tax or say what to report.
If it was not made yet, record a full refund and it drops off the board as cancelled, with no materials used. If you had already marked it made, move it back to To make first and its materials are put back on the shelf.
No. It is made for one person on one device, and records do not sync between devices. To move to another device, save a backup and restore it there.
No. It runs offline on your own device, so there is no booking page for customers and it does not take card payments. You record bookings and payments in it yourself, including ones taken by phone, card reader or another website.
